At Still Hungry, all products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While we do not accept returns, we do take responsibility if something goes wrong on our end.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

We do not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved due to a defect or error, it will be handled as outlined above.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day cancellation right under EU consumer law.
However, this right does not apply to made-to-order or personalized goods, which constitute the majority of our products.
